Web Platform Launch Tracking

Web Platform Launch Tracking is a lightweight system to track the platform changes that web developers care about. Each feature has its own Type-Launch-OWP issue on the Chromium issue tracker. With the Mstone-? label, it's easy to see what landed in each release: 24, 25, 26, 27.
